This WordPress plugin gives you the ability to export the URLs for all your blogs posts in CSV style.
You can download the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by looking for LinkGather, also you can just go to the link below:

Now you have activated the plugin, you can go ahead and use it.
Guide
A new menu item on the left side of your WordPress admin portal will appear called LinkGather:
Hover over this title option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different options available for you:
If you click on the Home link, this will navigate to the plugins developer page which has instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.
Post Links
Click the Post Links option to move you to the page that will show all of your blogs published posts’ links. Be aware that for the purposes of this guide, we are using our blog test site with just a few links in it.
You should now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.
At the bottom of the URL list, you will see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post URL you have.
You then also have the option to download click here the posts in Excel design.
Page Links
The instructions above is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of supplying back published URLs, it will bring back published pages instead:
JetPack Links
The option for wp.me Links is again exactly the same instructions as those above, however, JetPack URL's are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option website also enabled for our plugin to be able to gather those links.
If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.
Assuming that here you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links option will bring back all those JetPack URL's that it has gathered:
